Sponsorship Levels

$5,000 Wine Tasting Sponsorship

  • WGBY will credit sponsors and feature logos in all promotional spots aired for approximately six weeks preceding the event (approximately 400+ spots).
  • WGBY's Wine Event web page will credit sponsorship, prominently feature logos and provide a link to sponsor's web site upon request.
  • Sponsor will be credited on event tickets and ticket sales web page.
  • WGBY will acknowledge sponsors in all invitations and other mailings to major donors, corporate clients and past Wine Tasting attendees who have expressed interest in wine and food to WGBY.
  • Sponsors will receive a full-page advertisement in the Wine Tasting program.
  • All posters and flyers will feature sponsor's logo.
  • WGBY will feature sponsor's logo in any print advertising.Sponsor will receive 25 tickets to the WGBY Wine Tasting ($1,125 value) on Friday, March 15, 2013, and 8 tickets to WGBY Wine Dinner ($1,000 value) on Saturday, March 26, 2013.
  • Sponsor will be acknowledged on all signage at the event and invited to supply additional promotional banners and/or signs.
  • Sponsor will be provided with posters for in-store use.
  • WGBY will offer in-store ticket sales opportunities and publicize them to the extent possible.
  • Sponsor will be acknowledged in special email promotions to WGBY email lists (circulation approximately 14,000).

    • Sponsor will be credited on event tickets and ticket sales web page.
    • WGBY will acknowledge sponsors in all invitations and other mailings to major donors, corporate clients and past Wine Tasting attendees who have expressed interest in wine and food to WGBY.
    • Sponsors will receive a 1/4 advertisement in the Wine Tasting program.
    • All posters and flyers will feature sponsor's logo.
    • WGBY will feature sponsor's logo in any print advertising.
    • Sponsor will receive 8 tickets to WGBY Wine Dinner (including the VIP reception before the dinner) on Saturday, March 16, 2013.
    • Sponsor will be acknowledged from the podium during the event.
    • Sponsor will be provided with posters for in-store use.
    • WGBY will offer in-store ticket sales opportunities and publicize them to the extent possible.
    • Sponsor will be acknowledged in special email promotions to WGBY email lists (circulation approximately 14,000).
